CAIRN TERRIERS
I have been showing Cairn Terriers since 1986. I have made up 2 homebred Champions and also made up the first Swedish bred British Champion in the breed. My aim when breeding is to produce well bred dogs that are sound in health and temperament which conform as closely to the breed standard as possible. All the dog's here live in the house, they have kennels that some of the younger go into during the day. But everyone sleeps in at night and gets their turn on the sofa.
I do not breed large numbers of litters, puppies are only bred when I want another dog to continue a bloodline and for the showring.

BANTAM POULTRY
My bantams are a relatively new venture, I have only kept them since 2010. I keep Pekin, Orpington and Belgian Barbu D'uccle Bantams. I have not shown my poultry to date, as I am trying to breed them to the standard I want before entering them into any shows. The breeds I keep are generally calm and friendly birds, which become very tame with regular handling. They also free range on the garden with the terriers and it is usually the bantams bullying the terriers, not the other way round!
